Reservations and confirmations

• In order to receive the confirmation of your booking, you must pay the entire stay in advance either with bank tranfer or by credit card.
• Check-in: Rooms are guaranteed from 4:00 PM. If they are ready earlier, we will notify you by calling the number provided during booking.
• Check-out: check out time is at 10:00 AM.
• Luggages Storage available for early check in / late check out. The cost is €15.00 per room.
• Kindly advise about your arrival time and possible delay in order to welcoming you either through e-mail or by phone
• Documents: please remember to take your passports/ ID card with you. Minors must be accompanied at least by one parent or authorized by them through a written declaration
• Animals: not admitted
• NO Smoking room
• Breakfast service is not available at the property.

Cancellation

Free of charge within 7 or 21 days.

Cancellation requested outside of cancellation terms will be applied a penalty.

In case of no show the whole stay will be charged.

Other info before booking:

Please kindly provide us with an approximate arrival time at OneTime ROMA or the flight number and the scheduled landing time.

Check-in time: we guarantee access to the room from 16.00.

Luggage storage (costs €15 per room) and early check-in before 16.00, if available, are subject to a surcharge to be agreed by calling the property in advance.

A surcharge of €40 applied for arrivals after 9.00 pm.

A surcharge of €50 applied for arrivals after midnight.
